glh is the largest owner-operator hotel company in London with over 4,000 hotel rooms and over 10% of the fully functioning London hotel rooms.

The organisation currently operates the Thistle brand and five luxury London hotels, The Grosvenor Hotel, The Royal Horseguards, Charing Cross Hotel, The Cumberland and The Tower.

We capture address information from our customers when they create an account or book a room with us. Inputting an address into a form, line by line, is time-consuming a prone to error. We wanted to find a quicker, friendlier approach.
