With over 10 years in b2b and b2c marketing, Carly has previously worked at internal communications agency Top Banana with global brands such as Gucci Group, Diageo and GSK. As the senior marketing campaigns manager for UK multi-channel retailer Countrywide Farmers and also utilities provider RWE nPower. When she's not obsessing about improving the customer experience, Carly can be found 'DIYing' in her Victorian town house or escaping to the beaches of Devon for a paddle in the sea with her family.
